Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
First Time Orders
To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement and that the card holder's name is written as it appears on the card. Ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary. For security reasons, customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially during peak seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges(if applicable) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
C'RIBBE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged, Lost & Faulty
C'RIBBE is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order clearly damaged in transit, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Take photos as evidence and save all packaging and damaged goods before filing your claim.
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery schedule, contact us directly by providing your Order Number, and we will investigate on your behalf.
In the unlikely event that items in your order are faulty, we will arrange for them to be picked up and a replacement sent out once we receive the faulty goods. Contact our Customer Services here.
